Sarah P. showed up in 'The Lives of The Cowboys' this afternoon. She's been put into safe keeping in the Museum of Natural History. If only!

Online radio NCPR is now streaming River Walk Jazz, featuring John Hammond's brilliant career promoting and recording the jazz greats; Billie Holiday, Bessie Smith, Benny Goodman..,etc.

It's a NYC kinda day, 39 miles north of Haines, Alaska!

  1. Snow envy from a downtown's slushy and icy and messy here! Woodstove and Christmas music make it easier to handle the slush. Love your snow pictures!

  2. Flying Fish, thanks! Not sure how you found this bit 'o blog but your visit is most welcome. I enjoyed looking through your purple, felted, feline world as well. We share a disdain for plumbing among other things, (like a love for Alaska). Stop by again and I'll do likewise.

  3. Nothing like music to expand your living room....and to get you dancing.
    Hugs from a wet California.

  4. My friend, Jan,
You're a lady who appreciates music and dancing, whether in the living room, the backyard or a street fair. Good cheer your way too, (you can hang onto the wet though, if you don't mind. ;>)
My fondness Gather's way as well.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Drop a note and I'll respond.
